(a) A mediator has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of the concerns of bidders, potential bidders and other bidders for this acquisition; On request, the Ombudsman will treat the source of the concerns in a strictly confidential manner. The existence of the mediator has no influence on the authority of the program manager, contract agent or selection officer. In addition, the Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, in the process of selecting sources or in the decision of formal protests or contractual disputes. The Ombudsman may refer the interested party to another official who can solve the problem. b) Before consulting a mediator, interested parties must first report their concerns, questions, disagreements and/or recommendations to the Mediator to address them. Consultation with a mediator does not change or delay other processes (for example. As prescribed in AFFARS 5309.507-2 (a) (4), add to the basic clause essentially paragraph b below in the writing: b) the contractor may have access to information that owns other businesses during the execution of the contract. (b) The amount of coverage is 90,151.82 euros per insured (injury to the person), 60,101.21 euros per accident (property damage) and 6,010.12 euros bail for legal fees. In all cases, the amount of coverage is set by the insurer when it is dethroned from the above amounts, except in cases where the minimum coverage is applicable. c) The application for access to the base and the insurance certificate must be processed in accordance with the instructions of the DoD Foreign Clearance Guide for Spain.
